Access Change:

• No Gate Access for Parking Tenants (except by request or special arrangement) after Midnight.
• Container Tenants Work Hours are between 6am – 6pm

Rule Re-Affirmation: 

• Container Tenants or RV Tenants Visiting Their Units for more than 30 minutes of time, need to use parking in the 8 hour parking spaces.

Price Changes:

• Our $135 parking spots are being raised to $155.
• Our 30ft containers will be raised from $465 to $499
• For container tenants that use more than 50 gallons a month, water will be metered.

Mobile Application Upgrades:

• More reliable temperature and humidity data.
• All Containers Will have Temperature / Humidity
• Monitoring Available Upon Request
• RV’s will need to request if they want temperature / humidity monitoring ($50 charge for lost sensors)
• Condition Alerts for Temperature, Humidity, Power use with online access with deeper detail.

• 20 ft Office containers will be available early 2025 for $499
