On May 18th, our security system flagged an individual as “suspicious” upon entry at 11:30. They used a legitimate tenant code but were donned in unusual attire.
Immediately, our teams from Asia, Europe, and the US received the notification, leading us to contact the tenant. As it turned out, they’d been working with insulation and stopped by the property to collect some equipment. Everything was fine!
The upside of this incident was how effectively our AI responded. It successfully detected an irregularity and notified us, allowing swift management action. Our AI looks for out-of-the-ordinary things, even if not fully defined, and helps us as managers to respond quickly.
